About the role
Play a key role in developing, testing, and maintaining software components and applications aligned with business and technical requirements. Design and execute performance testing strategies using tools such as JMeter, Locust, or LoadRunner. Analyze system performance and identify bottlenecks through diagnostics including heap/thread dumps, TCP dumps, and Wireshark.

- Provide tuning recommendations and collaborate with developers and infrastructure teams to optimize performance
- Monitor and optimize server-side and browser-side performance using tools like Lighthouse, Catchpoint, Chrome DevTools, and WebPageTest
- Collaborate cross-functionally with developers, SREs, and QA to embed performance best practices throughout the SDLC
