About the role
This role will provide day-to-day technical leadership and mentorship for junior developers, including oversight and coaching of existing GCC development resources. The position will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting enterprise applications across fraud analytics, cargo loss, claims management, and other cyber analytics initiatives.
What you'll do
- Provide technical direction and mentorship to junior GCC developers
- Conduct code reviews and establish development best practices
- Assist in architectural decisions and technology standards
- Support knowledge transfer, documentation, and operational readiness
- Partner with senior engineers in the U.S. to accelerate delivery and reduce key-person dependency
