About the role
The Senior Security Analyst should work as a technical SME for the CyberArk (EPM) solution, key delivery outcomes expected from this role are: Beyond the above outcomes, driving continuous service improvements to automate the manual L1/1.5 tasks
What you'll do
- Onboarding and management of end point accounts and workstations into EPM for application controls (whitelist/blacklist), avoid stand in access
- Analyze requirements related to MINOR enhancements, implement, test and deploy
- Analyze and resolve L3, L2 tickets
- Identify manual repetitive tasks, tickets, process gaps. Plan to automate, reduce ticket volumes and improve productivity and efficiency
- Create/Update SOPs for L1 service desk team
