What you'll do
- Analyze and resolve L3, L2 tickets
- Automate assigned manual repetitive tasks, tickets, process gaps. To improve productivity and efficiency
- Create SOP documents for L1 service desk team
- Guide the Security analysts and associates deployed for CIAM workstream
