Oracle HCM Technical Support - US Shift

This role is entrusted with the ongoing maintenance, support, and optimization of Oracle HCM Cloud functionalities to align with the company's strategic HR initiatives.

What you'll do

• Perform data migration tasks using HCM Data Loader (HDL) and HCM Spreadsheet Data Loader (HSDL)
• Design and develop custom reports and dashboards using Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI)
• For more complex reporting requirements or advanced customization, make use of BI Publisher
• Once the reports and dashboards are developed and tested, publish and share with the intended audience
• Develop and maintain integrations between Oracle HCM Cloud and other third-party systems
