What you'll do
- Reporting and Analytics: Design and develop custom reports and dashboards using Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI)
- For more complex reporting requirements or advanced customization, make use of BI Publisher
- Once the reports and dashboards are developed and tested, publish and share with the intended audience
- Implement strong access controls: Ensure that access to sensitive data and resources is limited to authorized individuals
- Training and Support: Train end-users and provide ongoing support for Oracle HCM Cloud solutions
