Oracle HCM Technical Support - US Shift

About the role

This role is entrusted with the ongoing maintenance, support, and optimization of Oracle HCM Cloud functionalities to align with the company's strategic HR initiatives. Through effective collaboration with various departments including HR, Payroll, and IT, the specialist will contribute to the successful rollout of future Oracle modules, ensuring that they are configured to meet the evolving business requirements of the company.

What you'll do

• Reporting and Analytics: Design and develop custom reports and dashboards using Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI)
• For more complex reporting requirements or advanced customization, make use of BI Publisher
• Once the reports and dashboards are developed and tested, publish and share with the intended audience
• Implement strong access controls: Ensure that access to sensitive data and resources is limited to authorized individuals
• Training and Support: Train end-users and provide ongoing support for Oracle HCM Cloud solutions
