What you'll do
- Maintain close relationship with existing clients and develop new relationships
- Lead execution process: review / preparation of credit proposals, review financial models, structuring and negotiation of Term Sheet, documentation and disbursement
- Liaise with various internal, external stakeholders (banks, advisors, legal firms etc.) and clients as necessary
- Guide junior members on origination and execution process
- Assist in advisory mandates when selected and prepare materials for client with regards to deal execution
