About the role
We are looking for a Founding Tech Lead who will own the technical backbone of NumeriQu. This is not a “follow-the-requirements” role. This role is expected to grow into a CTO role as the company scales.

- Designing and building the core backend architecture
- Integrating with multiple data sources (financial, operational, APIs)
- Designing databases and data models for analytics and reporting
- Building reliable data pipelines
- Exploring and integrating AI/ML capabilities where they add real value
