About the role
We are seeking qualified and registered pharmacists in India to support various operational, administrative and customer-facing functions for US-based pharmacies. The role offers opportunities to work across pharmacy operations, prescription workflow support, insurance coordination, patient services and pharmacy-related back-office processes.
What you'll do
- Support US pharmacy operations, including prescription intake, data entry, documentation and administrative processing
- Assist with prescription refill requests, order management, medication availability inquiries and delivery coordination
- Support insurance verification, claim status inquiries, prior authorization administration and rejection follow-ups
- Handle patient and pharmacy customer inquiries through phone, email, chat and other approved channels
- Maintain and update patient records, prescription-related information and pharmacy management systems
