About the role
We are seeking qualified US-licensed pharmacists currently residing in India to support pharmacy operations, patient services, prescription workflows, quality assurance and other specialized functions for US-based pharmacy clients. This position is particularly suitable for pharmacists who have worked in the United States and subsequently relocated to India, or professionals who maintain an active US pharmacist license while residing in India.
What you'll do
- Support US pharmacy operations, prescription workflows and pharmacy-related service delivery
- Assist with prescription intake, processing workflows, documentation review and administrative coordination
- Support refill management, prescription transfer coordination and pharmacy order fulfillment processes
- Assist with insurance verification, pharmacy benefit coordination, claim rejection follow-ups and prior authorization administration
- Support patient engagement, medication-related inquiries and pharmacy customer communications
