Workforce Software Engineer (Time & Attendance)

As a Workforce Software Engineer (Time & Attendance) at Swiss Re, you will be at the heart of our HR technology transformation, owning and evolving our Workforce Management and Time & Attendancesolutions across multiple countries. This is a role where your technical depth meets strategicthinking — you will shape how thousands of employees experience time management andattendance processes globally.

What you'll do

• Design and deliver end-to-end Workforce Software solutions across the full lifecycle — fromrequirements analysis and solution design through to development, testing
• Act as the technical subject matter expert for Workforce Software, providing authoritativeguidance on configuration, integration and solution architecture to engineers
• Lead and manage integrations between Workforce Software and the broader HR technologylandscape, including APIs, file-based interfaces, SQL and scripting technologies
• Support and resolve complex production issues, applying strong analytical andtroubleshooting skills to ensure platform stability, security and resilience
