To supervise and manage day-to-day powder coating operations, ensuring product quality, production targets, safety standards, and timely delivery. To supervise and manage day-to-day powder coating operations, ensuring product quality, production targets, safety standards, and timely delivery.
What you'll do
- Supervise daily powder coating production activities and allocate work to operators
- Ensure proper surface preparation, degreasing, phosphating, rinsing, and drying processes, as applicable
- Monitor powder coating application, film thickness, curing temperature, and curing time
- Ensure the powder coating booth, spray guns, oven, conveyor, and related equipment are operated correctly
- Inspect finished products for coating defects such as uneven coating, pinholes, orange peel, poor adhesion, and colour variation
