What you'll do
- Direct the day-to-day work of the AML Operations team, overseeing day-to-day workflow allocation, capacity planning, and case prioritisation across CDD, EDD
- Plan and manage shift rosters for the AML Operations team to ensure adequate coverage across the group's operating hours (Singapore, Hong Kong, Australia)
- Perform the checker function over all applicable AML Ops maker-level output — independently reviewing and approving/rejecting CDD/EDD assessments
- Review Suspicious Transaction Reports (STRs) prepared by the team, ensuring accuracy, completeness
- Act as the primary escalation point for complex, high-risk, or ambiguous AML/KYC cases referred by the team
