About the role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and hands-on Financial Analyst / Senior Analyst to take ownership of accounting and bookkeeping for a specific legal entity within our global group. This role will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring integrity of the P&L and Balance Sheet, supporting regulatory and statutory reporting, and driving reconciliations across financial and operational data.
What you'll do
- Process Improvement: Drive month-end efficiency and scalability by refining internal controls and transitioning manual workflows into streamlined processes
- Responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring integrity of the P&L and Balance Sheet, supporting regulatory and statutory reporting
- Work closely with Finance, Data, and Operations teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment that combines structured processes with some manual workflows
