About the role
The Compliance Analyst is responsible for supporting the execution, administration, and continuous improvement of HR compliance programs across the global organization. Reporting to the Manager, HR Compliance, this role helps ensure adherence to employment laws, regulatory requirements, internal controls, company policies, and data privacy standards while supporting operational excellence within the People Operations function.
What you'll do
- Administer and support HR compliance programs and activities across the employee lifecycle
- Ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, local, and international employment regulations, company policies, and internal controls
- Maintain compliance records, documentation, tracking tools, and reporting schedules
- Support regulatory reporting requirements and government submissions
- Assist in conducting compliance assessments, monitoring controls, and identifying areas of risk
