What you'll do
- Execute routine HR transactions including onboarding, offboarding, promotions, transfers, and benefits setup
- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HRIS systems
- Respond to employee and manager inquiries on HR policies, pay, benefits, leaves, performance management, and company guidelines via Workday Help/ServiceNow
- Support internal audits and ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies
- Contribute to process documentation, SOP updates, and knowledge base documentation to drive efficiency in a tiered service delivery model
