What you'll do
- Coordinate daily team operations and ensure smooth execution of HR processes and service requests
- Act as the primary point of contact for German-speaking employees, stakeholders, and business partners
- Handle HR queries and employee requests in German and English, ensuring timely and accurate resolution
- Monitor team workloads, track service levels (SLAs), and ensure adherence to quality standards and deadlines
- Support the preparation and maintenance of employment contracts, letters, certificates, and other HR-related documentation
