What you'll do
- The Social Compliance Auditor is responsible for conducting social compliance audits in accordance with applicable international standards, client codes of conduct
- Review documentation including payroll records, labor contracts, statutory registers, and policy documents
- Conduct worker and management interviews
- Identify non-conformities and document audit findings accurately
- Prepare comprehensive audit reports in line with internal quality and accreditation requirements
