About the role

We are looking for a Senior People Business Partner to join our HO team in a key role. This individual will work closely with senior leaders to shape the people agenda, drive organizational effectiveness, and enable business outcomes at scale. The role requires strong problem-solving, structured thinking, and the ability to influence stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

What you'll do

• Strategic Partnering - Partner with senior leadership to shape the people agenda, aligning workforce strategy with business priorities across threads
• Org Strategy & Design - Drive org design, workforce planning, and role structuring with a focus on scale, efficiency, and long-term capability building
• Leadership Influence - Influence CXOs and BU heads through clear, data-backed perspectives and structured recommendations on people decisions
• Org-Wide Insighting - Own synthesis of people data across threads to identify patterns, surface risks, and define org-level interventions
• Talent & Leadership Development - Drive talent reviews, succession planning, and leadership capability building to strengthen the leadership pipeline
