About the role
We are looking for an experienced and business-oriented HR Business Partner (HRBP) with 7+ years of overall HR experience.
What you'll do
- Act as a strategic HR Business Partner to business leaders, aligning people strategies with business priorities
- Own the HRBP charter and drive effective HR processes across the employee lifecycle
- Lead performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, career development, and internal mobility
- Identify capability gaps and drive talent and learning interventions
- Drive employee engagement, experience, culture, recognition, and retention initiatives
