About the role
The Head of AMEA People and Labor Relations is responsible for managing interactions and relationships with employees and labor unions within the AMEA Region. This role will be responsible for setting and executing employee and labor relations strategies impacting AMEA employees that improve our employee experience and engagement in addition to delivering on organizational and business changes critical to Takeda’s success.
What you'll do
- Oversight of the most sensitive employee relations cases within the region
- Resolves complaints, grievances and disputes
- Conducts data analysis and derives insights from case management data to drive improvements in employee relations in the region
- Works closely with senior leaders in AMEA to ensure alignment on employee and labor relations topics, challenges, and opportunities
- Ensures HR policy management within the region and monitoring of country and regional regulation changes incorporating and communicating changes when legally required
