What you'll do
- Reporting & Dashboarding Excellence — Tableau
- Architect, build, and maintain enterprise-grade Tableau dashboards that communicate brand performance, patient journey dynamics
- Define, implement and enforce UI/visualization best practices and design standards (layout, color, accessibility, interactivity
- Establish, standardize, and govern KPIs and metrics — brand performance, patient shares, new starts, duration of therapy (DoT), adherence, source of business
- Optimize data models, data extracts and refresh pipelines feeding dashboards to ensure accuracy, reliability, and performance at scale
