About the role
We are seeking a strong Senior Analyst to join Takeda's GCC Commercial Insights & Analytics (I&A) organization in India. This role carries significant individual analytical ownership, bridging execution-level work with emerging stakeholder-facing responsibilities.
What you'll do
- Brand Analytics and Insight Generation
- Own end-to-end delivery of assigned performance analytics workstreams, producing reports and dashboards that track brand KPIs — including patient shares, new starts
- Integrate and analyze diverse commercial data sources across markets — including real-world data (claims, EMR/EHR, lab data), specialty pharmacy data, sales data
- Develop and maintain business rules for processing raw patient-level data, leveraging a deep understanding of data nuances, commercial context
- Conduct advanced, self-directed exploratory data analysis (EDA) and opportunity prospecting — moving beyond basic pulls (counts, topline, segmentation
