About the role
We are looking for an experienced Utilities Manager with over 10 years of expertise in the implementation of Utility Applications, specifically Oracle Customer Care and Billing (CC&B) and Oracle Master Data Management (MDM). The Utilities Manager will be responsible for overseeing projects related to Utility applications, with a focus on Power, Water, and Gas domains.
What you'll do
- Preferably possess certifications such as PMP, Prince2, ITIL, and Six Sigma to ensure efficient project execution
- Serve as the project manager for Utility applications, specifically Oracle CC&B and Oracle MDM
- Understand and oversee the implementation of functional modules within Utility CC&B, including Customer Information System, Rates, Billing, Payments, Meter Read
- Effectively manage project teams, ensuring that knowledge transfer (KT) processes are carried out efficiently
- Apply comprehensive knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle to oversee project phases
