What you'll do
- Utilize strong SAP technical, configuration, and business knowledge in the Customer Service (CS) module
- Implement and enhance repairs processing, goods receipt, storage location, and tracking functionalities in CS module
- Integrate CS module with SAP Sales Order processing and Finance modules to track repair costs and generate customer invoices
- Handle Service Contracts and integrate them with Service Orders for billable and non-billable scenarios
- Manage Service Work Orders and ensure smooth integration throughout the repairs process and on-demand service
