To drive gold loan sourcing, appraisal, and customer servicing at the branch level by ensuring accurate loan processing, strong customer engagement, and compliance with operational and regulatory standards.
What you'll do
- Customer Acquisition & Business Generation
- Source gold loan business through walk-ins, local references, and field activities
- Achieve monthly disbursement and portfolio growth targets
- Generate leads through referrals and cross-sell financial products (insurance, loans, etc.)
- Gold Appraisal & Loan Processing
