About the role
Ensure efficient and fastidious decisions on loan applications sourced by sales team across India Review and assess a broad range of loan applications within defined guidelines and accordingly facilitate decision while ensuring adherence to the prescribed policy Assess income to obligation ratios, loan to value ratios, in depth knowledge of rational behind calculation of ratios and its impact on loan performance over long tenures.
What you'll do
- Ensure efficient and fastidious decisions on loan applications sourced by sales team across India
- Review and assess a broad range of loan applications within defined guidelines and accordingly facilitate decision while ensuring adherence to the prescribed policy
- Maintain portfolio MIS, delinquency MIS and other operations related MIS of the cluster and regularly report the same
- Build and facilitate the best outcomes for clients by building and leveraging effective relationships with third parties
- Ensure collateral and other credit risk mitigation to facilitate the approving authority to take decision on the credit proposal
