About the role
The CSE is responsible for sourcing, generating, and converting various retail loan business like PL, BL, LAP, TW, Car Finance through direct sales, customer references, channel partners, and DSAs. The role involves customer acquisition, relationship management, documentation, and adherence to regulatory and compliance standards applicable as per RBI and other regulatory bodies.
What you'll do
- Source customers for various product offerings through field sales, references, and lead generation activities
- Achieve monthly sales and business disbursement targets
- Acquire new customers within the assigned territory/geography
- Build and maintain relationships with DSAs, dealers, connectors, and referral partners
- Explain loan products, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and repayment terms to customers
