About the role

Facilitate land acquisition, site selection, and land sourcing for expansion of existing mine and various project requirements in West Bokaro. Maintain and update land records, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and company policies. Acquire land for upcoming projects through proactive engagement with stakeholders.

What you'll do

• Facilitate land acquisition, site selection, and land sourcing for expansion of existing mine and various project requirements in West Bokaro
• Maintain and update land records, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and company policies
• Conduct appropriate negotiations with villagers, government authorities, and other relevant parties to purchase land directly in the company's interest
• Coordinate with the revenue department and assist senior management in functional roles related to land and lease management
• Spearhead land acquisition initiatives, ensuring seamless expansion of mining operations and fulfillment of project requirements within the West Bokaro region
