What you'll do
- Lead and perform dimensional variation analysis using 3DCS (v7.8) & VisVSA tools
- Develop and implement strategies to control and reduce dimensional variation in products and processes
- Collaborate with design, manufacturing, and quality teams to identify potential sources of variation and recommend corrective actions
- Create and maintain detailed documentation of analysis results, methodologies, and corrective actions
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and team members
