About the role
Module Project Engineer is a delivery focused engineer within the PTSE Technical Commodity team. They ensure their commodity is delivered with engineering rigor while embracing Agile principles of adaptability, transparency, and incremental delivery. The role bridges engineering, suppliers, and project teams, applying Agile frameworks to maintain alignment and transparency for PTSE commodity integration for on-cycle and off-cycle project delivery.
What you'll do
- Lead Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, big room planning)
- Coordinate cross-functional activities, interfacing between design, manufacturing, quality, purchasing
- Focus on both technical compliance and incremental value delivery to the overall project
- Facilitate stakeholder alignment as required
- Support the Product Owner with project planning activities: define schedules, deliverables, and risk management strategies for PTSE commodity development
