What you'll do
- As MGR R&D/PRODUCT DVL ENGINEERING in TE Connectivity’s Digital Data & Networks (DDN) Business Unit
- This includes driving product lifecycle management, product extensions, rapid NPIs, VAVE initiatives, sustainability improvements, material and process changes
- The role also involves providing technical support to plants, suppliers, and customers to ensure continuity, quality, and cost optimization
- Lead and manage an engineering team responsible for sustaining activities of Connector and Cable assembly product lines
- Serve as a strong technical partner to cross-functional teams, including Program Management, Sales, Field Application Engineering, Operations, Procurement, and Compliance
