About the role
The S&OE Manager is responsible for leading global execution management across a defined manufacturing network, ensuring alignment between customer demand, operational capabilities, and commercial priorities. The role drives execution excellence, revenue realization, service performance, and risk mitigation across 4 in-house factories supporting $1.2B+ in revenue .
What you'll do
- Own S&OE execution across 4 manufacturing sites, ensuring alignment between demand, supply, and production plans
- Drive short-term execution decisions to protect customer service and delivery performance
- Lead plant-level weekly S&OE cadences focused on exception management and recovery actions
- Ensure adherence to global S&OE standards, governance, and processes
- Operational Excellence & KPI Delivery
