About the role
The Senior Manager, Lead Engineering Group (LEG) provides technical and strategic leadership to drive engineering innovation across our product teams and establish the talent bench strength for high-end technical capability growth.
What you'll do
- Partner with Self-directed Business Teams (SBTs) and the CTO organization to develop and execute strategic technology roadmaps aligned with SBT strategy
- Monitor industry and market trends within the data center connectivity ecosystem to identify emerging technologies, competitive developments, and evolving customer needs
- Identify technical capability gaps across disciplines and develop strategic plans to address them
- Serve as a technical intersection point across SBTs, the CTO organization
- Lead cross-functional engineering initiatives that require coordination across multiple product teams or technology domains
