About the role
The Supply Chain Compliance & Risk Program Analyst will focus on supporting the development, management, and implementation of the TE Supply Chain Compliance & Risk program, which includes capacity building and remediation to address risk management. This role directly engages with suppliers and business units to meet sustainability requirements for social and environmental pillars
What you'll do
- Educate suppliers on compliance requirements and conduct training for procurement teams, business unit compliance teams, and suppliers
- Identify root causes of non-compliance and support development of sustainable remediation plans
- Engage and support effectively with suppliers and business units to drive remediation
- Support suppliers in developing effective policies and procedures to mitigate supply chain risks
- Support for supplier capacity building as required
