About the role
We are seeking a highly capable and customer-focused Field Application Engineer / Senior Field Application Engineer to bridge technical expertise with business impact across the customer lifecycle. The incumbent will partner closely with Industrial Automation customers, sales teams, service teams, and internal engineering stakeholders to support product adoption, resolve technical challenges, and influence solution development.

- Customer & Technical Support
- Understand customer application requirements and provide appropriate technical solutions
- Diagnose product and system issues and recommend effective corrective actions
- Act as the primary technical interface between customers and internal engineering teams
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout engagements
