About the role
The Aerospace, Defense & Marine (AD&M) Business Unit is currently seeking a Program Manager as a part of the Business Strategy Transformation Office. TE Connectivity’s Program Manager is responsible for the management of cross-functional teams supporting cross functional, business critical projects.
What you'll do
- Responsible for leading cross-functional teams to deliver major customer, business, and transformation programs
- Manage a strategic business program (e.g., product migrations, business integrations
- Develop all aspects of strategic and transformation programs, including planning, budgeting, staffing, schedules, and performance metrics
- Ensure that activities follow organizational policies, safety, quality and compliance requirements as well as external regulatory and contractual requirements
- Monitor and report performance against plans to ensure that contractual, cost and schedule objectives are met
