What you'll do
- The proposed hiring of Sr. engineer in B2B and Backplane team will support development of B2B and Backplane products used for data communication in Hyperscale computers
- Provide customers with innovative solutions as well as manage the engineering documents following TE system procedure
- Support the complete product development life cycle (starting from addressing the voice of customer, Ideation, Design Conceptualization
- Build a deep understanding of market and customer needs by fostering a connection between the business engineering teams and the customer engineering teams
- Work closely with customers/sales/PM in getting the right and clear VOC (voice of customer), make engineering evaluation/proposal to customer
