About the role
At TE Connectivity, Strategic Sourcing team is responsible for developing and executing multi-year sourcing strategies across assigned products, commodities, suppliers, and parts/services. This role drives value creation through supplier optimization, cost competitiveness, risk mitigation, and strong cross-functional collaboration.
What you'll do
- Unleash your potential working with people from diverse backgrounds and industries to create a safer, sustainable and more connected world
- Develop a resilient, cost-competitive, and scalable supplier ecosystem across China+1, SEA, India, North America
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers to strengthen supply base and mitigate geopolitical risks
- Lead supplier consolidation initiatives to optimize cost, scale, and operational efficiency
- Sourcing Committee approvals and business awards
