The Supply Chain Analyst is a key contributor in executing and managing inventory replenishment across a global supply network, ensuring seamless flow from multiple TE manufacturing plants to regional Distribution Centers (DCs).
What you'll do
- Front-Side Business Engagement & Customer Focus
- Act as a key interface across Customer Care, Logistics, and Planning teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and a consistent customer experience
- Ensure customer orders are delivered in full and on time (IFOT) by actively monitoring order flows, identifying risks early, and executing corrective actions
- Lead resolution of complex supply and order exceptions, minimizing disruption to customer commitments and ensuring proactive risk mitigation
- Serve as an escalation point for critical supply issues, coordinating cross-functional responses and influencing timely decision-making
