About the role
The Supply Chain Analyst is a key contributor in executing and managing inventory replenishment across a global supply network, ensuring seamless flow from multiple TE manufacturing plants to regional Distribution Centers (DCs). This role is accountable for maintaining optimal inventory levels, driving supply reliability, and ensuring customer orders are consistently fulfilled in full and on time (IFOT).
What you'll do
- Front-Side Business Engagement & Customer Focus
- Act as a key interface across Customer Care, Logistics, and Planning teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and a consistent customer experience
- Ensure customer orders are delivered in full and on time (IFOT) by actively monitoring order flows, identifying risks early, and executing corrective actions
- Lead resolution of complex supply and order exceptions, minimizing disruption to customer commitments and ensuring proactive risk mitigation
- Serve as an escalation point for critical supply issues, coordinating cross-functional responses and influencing timely decision-making
