About the role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and process-driven Payroll Operations Executive to manage end-to- end payroll activities while ensuring accuracy, statutory compliance, and timely salary processing. The role requires coordination with internal teams and clients, maintenance of payroll records, and adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).
What you'll do
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing, including offer letter generation, salary processing
- Ensure accurate preparation and validation of salary registers with zero calculation errors
- Handle billing, invoice generation, and invoice submission after obtaining client approvals
- Coordinate with clients to ensure timely collection of invoices and update payment status in
- Process salary pay-outs within defined timelines by validating employee bank account
