About the role
We are seeking an experienced ITSM Administrator/Configurator with experience in TeamDynamix to manage, configure, and optimize our IT Service Management platform. The successful candidate will be responsible for the administration, implementation, and continuous improvement of ITSM processes, workflows, and system configurations that support high-quality IT services across the organization.
What you'll do
- Administer and configure the TeamDynamix ITSM platform , including modules such as Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, Asset Management
- Work with Team Dynamix, IT and business teams to integrate the Team Dynamix iPaaS software to connect with other systems (e.g., Active Directory, Jira, Salesforce
- Customize forms, workflows, and automation rules to align with ITIL best practices and organizational requirements
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define system enhancements, and deliver effective ITSM solutions
- Maintain platform integrity by managing user roles, permissions, and access controls
