Senior, Software Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our team and help build and support applications used across Teladoc Health. This is a hands-on full-stack role. You will spend most of your time designing, building, testing, and supporting software, with a primary focus on Ruby on Rails and React.

What you'll do

• Build and maintain backend services and APIs using Ruby on Rails
• Build and maintain frontend applications using React, JavaScript, and/or TypeScript
• Design and develop REST APIs and integrations with other applications and services
• Work with databases and write SQL as part of day-to-day development and troubleshooting
• Work with Kafka or other messaging/event-driven systems where appropriate
