About the role
We are looking for a detail-oriented HR Reporting & Data Analyst to collect, analyze, and interpret business data to support decision-making. The candidate will be responsible for trends, and providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
What you'll do
- Develop, maintain, and automate daily, weekly, and monthly reports
- Extract, analyze data and design interactive dashboards
- Track business KPIs, operational metrics, and performance trends
- Validate data accuracy, consistency, and completeness across reporting systems
- Analyze historical data to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities
