About the role
Within the HR Data Office , the HR Data Analytics team is responsible for transforming HR data into reliable, harmonized, and actionable insights that support decision-making, HR performance, and organizational transformation. In an environment where HR data is generated across multiple countries, functions, and systems, the team plays a key role in establishing a common and robust view of HR indicators.
What you'll do
- Reporting to the International HR Report Specialist Manager and working closely with the HR Data & Process Governance team
- Produce accurate HR data extractions and reports to support both recurring and ad hoc business requirements
- Validate data consistency and quality before distributing reports, and identify and report any anomalies or inconsistencies
- Explain HR indicators, metrics, and reporting results to stakeholders, while clearly documenting assumptions, limitations
- Apply relevant local and legal requirements when preparing HR data and reporting deliverables
