About the role
The Business Intelligence and Analytics Analyst supports the design, development, testing, and maintenance of operational analytics and reporting solutions. The analyst will contribute to strategy and transformation initiatives through data analysis, reporting, process documentation, benefit tracking, and the identification of improvement opportunities.
What you'll do
- Develop and maintain small to medium reporting and analytics solutions using established tools, standards, and data sources
- Produce clear visualizations and analysis that help stakeholders understand trends, operational performance, and improvement opportunities
- Support strategy and transformation initiatives through data analysis, baseline measurement, progress tracking
- Perform data validation, reconciliation, testing, and documentation before releasing solutions
- Maintain existing BAU reporting while contributing to new analytics and transformation deliverables
