About the role
Cigna Healthcare is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Senior Analyst to join the Network Excellence & Optimization function. This role is responsible for driving operational excellence initiatives, process improvement, governance, reporting accuracy, controls, automation opportunities, and continuous improvement activities across Provider Network Organization.
What you'll do
- Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement
- Identify operational inefficiencies, process gaps, bottlenecks, and risks
- Facilitate process mapping and process redesign workshops
- Maintain and improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), process documentation, and operational controls
- Support implementation of operational governance frameworks and performance management practices
