- Operational Processing & Complex Case Handling

- Independently handle exceptions, unclear scenarios, and non‑routine cases within defined authority limits
- Review, investigate, and resolve aged, escalated, or priority cases
- Ensure all system updates, documentation, and case notes are accurate, complete, and audit‑ready
